Our Heritage Turkeys are being ordered now due to the time it takes to raise them. If interested please order as soon as possible. We are not organic certified. We are better. We raise truly free ranging, outside, no hormones, no antibiotics, all pasture raised. We are better than any organic bird out there that is not truly and honestly field raised. We do not use skids. These birds are ranging on slugs, bugs and berries till their hearts content!   

We have a limited number of Bourbon Reds and the rest are Broad Breasted Bronze. Both birds are absolutely delicious.
