HOLIDAY ORDERING PROTOCOL
Hey all! It's Bernadette Boland here. I have set up the first couple Holiday ordering pages for the year and wanted to tell you how it will work.
We have a new feature to help keep the "holiday special meat cuts" organized and as "human error free" as possible.
Please Click on the HOLIDAY ORDERS tab and select which holiday you are choosing to order for. All of the special cut meats are listed in each holiday category. The way the website is calibrated is to only allow customers to order one cut of meat at a time. You can order multiple pieces of the same cut at a time, but you cannot order two different cuts in one order. I do not have the capabilities to change how this works.
For example, if you want to order a Leg of Lamb and a Prime Rib Roast you have to do two separate orders. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THE CUTS LISTED IN EACH HOLIDAY CATEGORY THROUGH THEIR SPECIFIC ANIMAL CATEGORY. This will mess up the processing on my end and the total count when we give our processors our cut sheets when the time comes for each holiday.
If you would like to purchase additional items such as butter, bacon, chicken, cheese, etc... for your holiday meal, please place an additional order. Once you get to the checkout window please CHANGE the PICK-UP DATE to the corresponding holiday pick-up date to ensure that these products get packaged with your "holiday special meat cuts". These dates are listed in each holiday category in the header.
