Hey there! I'm Bernadette Boland, aka Bernie Lou! A few years ago my mom, Elaine Boland, and I hosted a Kentucky Derby party, and I had this vision of a three tiered board being the centerpiece but also our food spread for the evening. I had a friend come in, explained to him what I was seeing in my head, and prayed he saw the vision too to build it out for me. Sure enough, he exceeded my expectations and I soon discovered my hidden talent of turning food into art.
So now that a few years have passed and I've finessed my design, style, and layouts, I thought it's time I share my knowledge of turning food into gorgeous spreads that will be sure to wow you & your guests.
